As much as thankfulness is in the air during November, and splurging is in the air in December – you can guess what month we are in by the smell of the air…. (big deep breath in) …. ah, Love! That means we are already one month into 2016, February. This month that we are “supposed to be” fully recovered from the holidays and back to the normal gird of life. What about you, have you recovered? Has your bank account recovered? Are you back to grinding? ….with passion! 🙂
I hope you have and I hope you are. February can easily get lost in the calendar if we aren’t careful, skipped over too quickly but there is something important going on that you shouldn’t miss. February is one of my favorite months…. I mean, what’s not to love (pun intended) 🙂
Any month that we get to be reminded to love the people who are close to us sounds like a good time to me! And that we get reminded of the love around us! It’s kinda like the pink and red dyed version of Thanksgiving in my mind! So what is the big deal about Valentine’s Day? I think it is a very big deal! Could there be a better time to send a card or gift to someone who won’t be expecting it this time of year? Your plumber! Your dentist! Your nephew or distant friend! A cousin twice removed…
Who pops into your mind….? It is them! They need to hear from you, call – send a card- or send a gift. I might just bet that you will make their day!
