Now it’s possible that I’ve already lost some of you just by the title of today’s post. And others are thinking I was pushing normal logic with the last post on “Celebrating the Un-celebratable” – BUT if you are in network marketing or any kind of sales position it is likely that you have companies that you would consider your competition. And in network marketing you’ve likely been told to work the numbers. SO working the numbers and celebrating the competition can kind of go hand in hand. Let me show you how…
IF… your competition has a win, such as moving up a position in their company, CELEBRATE with them. This is good for you for the following reasons:
1. It shows YOU it can be done.
2. It shows YOUR TEAM it can be done.
3. It makes the distance between you and “you competition” smaller. Let these successful business people be your friends.
4. It means that the numbers game does work. How many people have you connected with today? this week? or this month?
5. It puts positive energies out there, and guess what – positive energies will return.
6. It means that there ARE people looking for business opportunities.
7. It also means that you better get out there and work! 🙂
See! Celebrating a win for another IS good for you. Now make sure you are honestly celebrating THEM and not just going through the motions for your own benefit or it won’t work. Use the energy to fuel your next move… your next call or your next connection. Go!
