As I look at all the professional network marketers I have met during my years in the industry, I see three very remarkable traits about those who play a big game and those who just make due making a little bit of extra money. Keep reading if you want to learn to play BIG.

First, I see that people who succeed in a big way in the industry, have chosen to succeed. We all have the intent to succeed (or at least initially) but then generally life gets busy with common everyday things.

So what makes those who play big different? They decide to succeed every day and put in the consistent, duplicatable effort needed in their business 5-6 days a week.  They help others learn to master the small consistent action needed to reap the benefits of leverage and duplication.

Secondly, these leaders are always positive to others in the industry.  They are not talking bad about their company, other companies, any hiccups in company systems, but rather they have a special way of reframing what it is they need to say to keep people excited and moving forward.

Third and most importantly, these leaders who have learned to play big know how to relax, renew and rejuvenate.  They play hard and they work hard.  They know how to have fun in their life and they generally enjoy sharing what experiences they are having. This creates stories that entice people.  These big players generally have very solid relationships and they take time to nurture them.  This makes others want to be with them, work with them and play with them too.

After all, isn’t that what we all want? Success in everyday, positivity and the ability to really be with those who matter most.  So the question for you is, will you decide today, tomorrow and every day to be successful in your Network Marketing business?  Will you decide to play a bigger game?
