Daily Method of Operation = DMO!
If you find yourself struggling in your business, go back over the last few weeks and take a look at your “DMO” (Daily Method of Operation) or their Single Daily Action plan. This statement is most often met with a “deer in the headlights” look. Which, to be honest, is highly puzzling!
If you work a job (or when you did); or go to school; or almost anything, you operate from a job description, or list of what must be done, right? So, why would it be any different in your business?
Here is the exciting, simple part – there are only a few things you need to learn to do consistently and with mastery of the skill set –
- Contact new people.
- Invite them to take a look, by using proper language and questions.
- Show the business using company tools.
- Follow up.
- Sponsor, train and duplicate.
- Continue following up, with those who “do” and those who “don’t!”
Do this, and you will achieve everything you ever wanted and others on your team will, too! Map out a weekly game plan in your calendar and track your actions and results in a notebook.
Have a successful day!
