Have you ever seen success that deserved to be shared with a full team and only one or two people get the pat on the back? This seems so overly normal, that sometimes I bet it doesn’t even come across as wrong to us anymore.

I’ve recently been planning a lot – personal and work schedules, healthy movement, goals for the next month and by the end of the year. And something, as I have been going through my goals, that continued to stick out to me was: make sure you know who helps you along the way.  Even the people who choose to live “off the grid” still have someone else to confide in and ask for help from time to time. AND if you are currently reading my blog, I very much doubt you are off the grid! 🙂 hee hee

SO! As part of my planning process, I’ve also jotted down who I know will be there when I ask for help or needs, regarding team efforts. As the tasks and goals are completed, we will celebrate together – and I will make an extra effort to share in the successes of the group! And share the true gratitude that I have for those that help me get to where I am going.

None of us are on this journey of life alone. If you feel that way, reach out and we can chat. We do business together. We do personal together. We do life together. If you haven’t made any goals for the next month, I strongly encourage you to do so. If you have, I would like to challenge you to add those who will be helping you and continue to sprinkle gratitude on them throughout the process and sharing the success when you reach your goals!

Have an outstanding day!

Much success!!
