People are drawn to network marketing for a variety of reasons. What motivates you to success in the industry?
As I survey a group of people, I’ll get a variety of answers when I ask the question, “What motivates you to produce results?”
1. The Attention Getter
Some people build a side-hustle business because they love the praise and recognition they get from it. People will do more for attention, praise and recognition than they’ll often do for money.
2. Money Driven
Then there are those that could care less about the recognition, they want and work for the money. Doing the activity needed to be done is a means to the end, the paycheck. It is what the money provides that makes all the difference in the world for those that are money motivated.
3. World Changers
Then there are those that do not need the attention or the money, they just want to make a bigger difference in the world. For example, if they are involved in a health company, they want the entire world to feel better. This is what makes them share and produce.
4. Fun Makes The World Go Round
Then we have people who LOVE the industry because of all for the trips, experiences, conventions, and friendships they make while engaged in business activities. They are creating a tribe per say.
These are the four personalities of network marketing. There is one thing all of them have in common.
Can you guess it?
They know what they want to gain from doing money making activities. In doing so, it feeds their need and when their need is met, they do more and teach others to do more too.
This is one of the only industries where you will see people from all walks of life. You might relate. I have sat in many network marketing meetings/conferences and thought to myself, “If they can do this, I can certainly do this!”. It isn’t about anything but a level playing field where you and yours can get your individual needs met and get paid for being fulfilled.
What is your personality? What was your reason that attracted you to Network Marketing?
