Accountability Works. This begs the question, “Do you have projects that you committed to get done but they seem to drag on for months?”

How many times have you said you’ll do something tomorrow and then tomorrow never happens?  Perhaps it is workout, sleep more, meditate, plan your day better.

What is the secret solution?

The secret solution is accountability. Accountability is an empowered choice to not go at something alone. It means you are ready to be seen, show up and to be your best possible self.

What makes accountability work?

• It is consistent.
• It is timely.
• It identifies areas you need attention or problem-solving.
• It is done in small doable actions that make you feel like you are getting ahead not behind.
• It is structured.
• It encourages you to use your time for maximum benefit.
• It is supportive.
• It is a place to get clear.

Whether you own your own business or you are thinking about it, there is power in making a commitment that you know will serve you well and you will be accountable for fulfilling it.

Perhaps you have a business but your aren’t sure how to make certain things happen. Accountability provides you the space and tools to prioritize and start checking actions off your list.

The result of accountability is that you are more productive, more profitable, more optimistic and more energized to get things done.

Being held accountable means that you we are going to ask you every week if you did what you said you were going to do.

If you did, that’s great. If you didn’t, something got in your way and our job is to help you understand what that was (for real) so you can crush it the next time.

Find yourself an accountability partner or coach and talk about what it looks like when you are accountable and what it looks like when you are not. You’ll be amazed at how much you get done.
