Last week we talked about some network marketing tips on how to be successful.
Here are a few more for you:
Take the lead with your team.
You should be prepared to spend at least 30 days helping a new person come into the industry, training them, supporting them and holding their hand until they feel comfortable going off on their own. Ask yourself, “Am I willing to do that?” It really is about working with these people and helping them develop relationships.
Use the internet.
One of the greatest skills in the industry is follow-up. Automation or the use of online databases or CRM’s is what has allowed consistent follow up to happen. If you are unsure of who you talked to, make sure you write it down and automate it as quickly as you can. That way nothing gets forgotten or lost.
Prepare for tax write offs.
Just like any business, network marketing offers tax benefits. Get with your accounting professional and gather a list of things you can write off – mileage, inventory, samples, software and conference or travel costs. There are professionals in the accounting industry and specialize in working with network marketers. Be sure to ask them if they have this expertise.
Don’t quit your day job yet.
We recommend you never leave your main source of income that is coming in until you have replaced it with equal to or greater than what you are earning now.
I know many people who make a living at network marketing. Is it because they had super skills? No they followed these basic concepts and went to work sharing what they have with people. It really is that simple.
Did this blog help you? If so, it would mean a lot to me if you would share it with others!!! And, share your comments below!
Much Success!
Have an outstanding day!!
