Living your life to make it the best you can through constant and never ending improvement takes consistent action and focus as Tony Robbins and Jeff Olson suggest.   To achieve this, I believe one has to Be Resourceful. It is in the moments that you feel “this or that won’t work” or “I can’t do this and that being resourceful will help you step up to achieving whatever it is you are about to face as a challenge.  In Network Marketing you have days that flow and days that don’t. It is on the days that don’t you want to BE RESOURCEFUL.

I have developed 4 steps that will help you to Be Resourceful, to make change, to improve where you need to improve and to take consistent action.

1. Believe there is a solution.

When a team member called to say she had DECIDED she would go all out to compete for a contest in our company, she discussed what her solution/actions would be to achieve her goal.  I knew she would be successful because what was important was she had decided to win this contest and she BELIEVED there was a way she could do this. And, she did!  It took allot of action, focus and vision.  SHE DID IT.

Your thoughts create your reality. If you believe that something can be achieved it can.
Be conscious and aware if you have any beliefs that are pulling you down and away from a successful solution.  Change the message to Believe in the solution.

2. Know there are resources outside of you that can help, and reach out to them.

I was working with a sales rep in a company who had a very large goal that was a must to achieve. It was important to him, again because it was attached to winning an all expense vacation to a foreign country he had wanted to visit for a very long time.  His big question, “how do I do this on my own?”  He realized that he could be more effective and leverage his impact if he reached out to others.  He came up with a plan to reach out to his  current clients, past clients and colleagues who could provide referrals that could lead him to
reach his sales goal. HE DID IT! with the help of his network.  He reached outside of himself.

Reach out for help to your network or peer group.

3.  Know that you have internal resources to meet your goals.
Dig into your own personal resources and strength to make your vision a reality.  Look inside to see what makes you strong, focused and prepared to achieve all that you want.  Make the choice to make the changes that will work for you.

4  Think outside the box.

Be open to possible solutions that you would not have considered or possibly previously thought of.  We hear stories all the time of a Network Marketer who came up with a new idea, tried it and succeeded. Let yourself try new techniques and perspectives.

These steps will give you a new fresh approach to help you scale your challenges. You can do it.

Test them. Try them. Then share with us how you changed your outcome.

Have an outstanding day!!!

Much success!!!
