We GET READY!

It is likely that you have heard it from the motivational speaker, you’ve read the book, and you’ve talked it over with a friend. The energies are HIGH! You are excited. Your brain is buzzing with this new information or refreshed when something makes so much sense all over again. You can’t wait to MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!

We GET SET!

The plan is created. The calendar is pulled out and there is a date circled. A new goal has come to life. Whether you are starting a new diet, a workout plan or a new plan of action in your business.

We got ready, we got set…. AND THEN! and then!? AND then?

We freakout, we get scared, we forget, we get busy, we (insert any other excuse you’ve used recently)…

But we stop here. We let the excitement die, maybe we even kill the energy with negative self talk.

It can be scary. It can be hard. But when you stick to it, IT can be SO worth it. Committing to something new is a process, it doesn’t often happen like a flip of a switch. If it was that easy, we wouldn’t need cheerleaders in life or uplifting encouraging blogs like this one. (haha!)  And, we certainly learn a lot about ourselves. (LOL!)

There are times in business, just like in any part of life, that you have to GO!

So often we can forget that last, simple and oh, so essential piece: The GO! The action, the DO.

We all know how to do it, we even have set out a plan of how… but then what is stopping us?

So answer honestly…

Are you READY?

If yes, move to the next question.

If no, let’s talk about why you aren’t ready – not excuses but true deep whys?

Are you SET?

If yes, move to the next line.

If no, let’s talk about why you aren’t set – do you have the tools and training that you need to make your plan?

and then…. Let’s Commit to the GO!

A friend of mine says “The best way to create momentum, is to begin moving.”

I would love to hear how you get yourself to ready, set, GO!

Have an Outstanding day!

MUCH SUCCESS,

Sara
