Have you ever wondered how you got from there to here?
Questions like this shape our lives.
Your life is the result of the questions you ask yourself!
What I notice, and you may have too, is that my focus is often controlled by the questions I ask myself. Through my work with Anthony Robbins and NLP, I have learned that questions can create and control my emotional state. My emotional state is so key to taking action, having fun, being ready for anything. A major part of this, are the questions that I consciously or unconsciously ask myself.
When you are sitting at your desk how is your emotional state? Measure it on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being in a peak optimum state. Notice the questions you may be asking yourself or the statements you are saying to yourself. If you feel trapped by your work, your questions could actually be creating this quality of work life for you and you don’t even know it.
If there is a dream that you want, maybe to own your own business, have a business where you work from home, or a business where you have an automatic team like in Network Marketing, the questions you say to yourself may be moving you in that direction or sabotaging your dreams.
Ask yourself a bad question, you get a bad answer.
Ask yourself a good question, you get a good supportive answer.
An example of some good healthy questions can be:
What am I most happy about in my life right now?
Why does that make me happy?
How does that make me feel?
YOUR LIFE IS THE RESULT OF THE QUESTIONS YOU ASK YOURSELF.
If you are sitting in an office, working for someone else when you want to be an entrepreneur, to have your own home based business, what are the questions you are asking yourself?
WHATEVER YOU ASK FOR YOU WILL RECEIVE.
The key is ask good questions. This is a book that may help you identify what those look like in your life: “Change Your Questions, Change Your Life” by Marilee Adams. Here are some suggested questions.
