How is your head? By that I mean how is your mindset?

With more than 50,000 thoughts a day signaling through 80 billion neurons and a quadrillion synapses, there is a lot going on upstairs in the mindset category of life. You might need some help navigating your chaotic noggin. 

Positive thinking, or an optimistic attitude, is the practice of focusing on the good in any given situation. It can have a big impact on your physical and mental health.

That doesn’t mean you ignore reality or make light of problems. It simply means you approach the good and the bad in life with the expectation that things will go well.

The Benefits of Positive Thinking

Many studies have looked at the role of optimism and positive thinking in mental and physical health. It’s not always clear which comes first: the mindset or these benefits. But there is no downside to staying upbeat.

It is obvious to see how all the physical and mental benefits could help you perform better in your income producing activities. 

There are network marketing opportunities everywhere that seem very appealing. You see the great success of others and picture yourself having the same success.

Even if you join a great MLM company and have the best sponsor, there is no guarantee of success.

You see, it’s all about you and what’s going on in your mind.

Network marketing reminds me of running, my favorite activity. “Running is 90 percent mental and the rest is physical.”

That is absolutely true. Just when you feel you can’t take another step, your mind pushes you another mile, one foot in front of the other.
