Q1 is Over…Start Q2 with awareness, not autopilot
Before you plan Q2, pause.
Not to think about goals, but to tell yourself the truth about how Q1 actually felt.
-
Where were you stretched thin?
-
What drained your energy more than it should have?
-
What did you avoid because it felt uncomfortable, unclear, or heavy?
Q1 likely brought progress, but it also brought pressure. And buried inside that pressure are patterns that will follow you into Q2 if you do not face them now.
Burnout does not usually come from doing too much of what matters.
It comes from doing too much of what does not.
Strong leaders pay attention to their energy, not just their outcomes. They notice what expands them and what depletes them. They recognize when they are operating in alignment, and when they are simply reacting.
This is a leadership moment.
Not to push harder, but to become more aware of how you are showing up.
Because how you lead yourself is how you lead everything else.
This week’s action: Block 30 minutes. No distractions. Answer honestly:
1) Where did I feel most stretched in Q1?
2) What consistently drained my energy?
3) What did I avoid that needs my attention now?
4) What is one priority that truly matters in Q2?
Clarity starts with truth.
Q2 is not just the next chapter. It is a chance to lead differently. When you take time to reflect on Q1, refine your priorities, and strengthen your relationships, you create a more focused and sustainable path forward. This week, use the reset that April offers to step into Q2 with clarity, intention, and confidence.
Have an outstanding day!!!!
Be Triumphant,
Sara
