If you don’t like sales, you don’t like meeting people, you don’t like talking to strangers, you don’t like keeping track of your numbers and you don’t like being consistent, then this message is not for you.

I have found since I started in my own business in Network Marketing that, like any business building sales activity, that 80% of my dedicated Network Marketing time must be focused on recruiting. That means meeting new people, being actively out in the world and doing follow-up.  This is what it takes to make it to the top of your money in earners in your Network Marketing company.

When I started my MLM career I was in another business already (Business Coaching). I felt I could dedicate business building activity at least 1 hour a day (I used this for follow-up) and 1 full day a week (Tuesdays) to attend networking events, schedule one-on-one meetings, and do business opportunity appointments.

I recently listened to a message from Eric Worre, of Network Marketing fame. http://networkmarketingpro.com  He had a very compelling message concerning recruiting activity and how the numbers work out. He suggested that the most successful Network Marketing professionals (that is you!) have enrolled 20 Distributors in a 30 day period. Please listen to his message.  (http://networkmarketingpro.com/recruit/bonus.php?cid=08181981 ) It is quite good.

My experience is Eric is right on the MONEY. And, I have heard this from many other successful people at the top of their MLM or Network Marketing company income earners.

It is important to take action and the steps to share your business. As Tony Robbins suggests, IMMERSE yourself in the activity that will create your results. If you can work 1 or 2 hours a day do recruiting activity.  Do it consistently. Keep track of your numbers on a check off list. Make the list yourself or your company may have one already. I use an excel form that my husband made. (if you want a copy let me know -leave a comment) It works great. Eric Worre has a form as a bonus once you listen to his video message.

Recruiting activity is important. The other critical element to recruiting is that your intention be to  focus on recruiting Distributors or Associates (whatever title you have in your company for enrolling a new member of your team or down line).

Without Distributors leveraging your activity, your results in building your business will be slow in the making.  A high percentage of people involved in network marketing drop their business because their results come slowly and they are frustrated and disappointed. I work with many individuals in the Network Marketing industry, they energize themselves to focus focus focus after their day job is completed in order to work on their business at the end of the day and weekends. They go out of their way to do what it takes to build from strength. It is inspiring to see their work ethic, commitment to themselves and their dedication to their vision and goals.

Recruit to the Top.

Enroll 20 people in 30 days!

Take the challenge. Work with an accountability buddy. Connect, share, follow up, present, ENROLL, and CELEBRATE together with your new team member.

  1. What are your numbers?
  2. How many new people do you talk to per day?
  3. How many business opportunity meetings do you have per day?
  4. How many new enrollments do you have a week?

Stay in your PEAK EMOTIONAL STATE, HAVE FUN! And share your business OPPORTUNITY!

MUCH SUCCESS!
