It is over and over that I learn about the presence that is created by being in a state of and expressing Gratitude. Today that seems to be the buzz word everywhere…and, for good reason.

There are so many programs to help express gratitude.

Gratitude is sharing everyday experiences that can revitalize your commitment to living life in a sensational way.  (Gratitude Challenge sponsored by tiny*prints)

Gratitude has the rather extraordinary power to change just about every aspect of life – in very surprising ways.  Among the myriad benefits of gratitude are a reduction in depression, fear and anxiety; improved relationships across all areas; better physical health and, often for the first time, feelings of being truly happy and satisfied. A popular exercise is the 30 DAY GRATITUDE CHALLENGE. The 30 day aspect of the challenge gives time for your brain to create new neural pathways and this makes it much easier for you to change how you think.

Taking the 30 Day Gratitude Challenge can be done by sending those a Gratitude Card who have most impacted your life in a pivotal way and letting them know how grateful you are to have them in your life.   (SendOutCards, www.socgratitude.com/4820 )

Our studies show that people who write down just a few things each day can improve their overall level of focus, happiness and well-being. The holidays can be tough for many of us, so collectively our challenge is to write down 3-5 things we are thankful for each day during November and December. It’s easier than going to the gym, and might actually help you get there! Sign up, get started and then send us your personal stories of how a daily practice of gratitude affected your holidays this year. (http://thankfulfor.com)

I am grateful to have you as a BloomingFortune reader. Thank You!
