Let’s face it, this world can be a toxic place!!!
Daily we are becoming more aware of:
- the toxic pesticides and low nutrition in our produce, and we’ve been told to buy organic
- the toxins and preservatives in processed foods, so we buy fresher less processed foods
- the toxic chemicals most American families clean with on a daily basis, so we buy from manufactures we can trust (here is a link to one of the natural product companies.)
If you would like to investigate purchasing any products please use the # 1099 from one of my referral partners.) - the toxic parabens in skin care and cosmetic lines – so we look for a better way
- the toxic relationships that play out in the media with celebrities
BUT no one ever talks about the toxins that we already have sloshing around in our own heads most of the day. This toxin might even be the worst kind of all. It is negative self talk. (cue dramatic music, don done doooooon…..)
Were you aware that the way you talk to yourself doesn’t just stay in your head? It actually begins to create it’s own reality, some would call it manifesting. So telling yourself that something will not go your way, often stops the forward process right there. That your private self talk dictates how you relate to yourself (which we already knew right?) AND it also determines how you show up for other people (boom! too important to miss this point) let’s see that again. SELF TALK affects how you relate to yourself AND others. This is not something that doesn’t effect anyone else! So with a stretch, it’s like smoking: if you can’t stop for your own good, stop it for the good of others!
- Let’s try to be more aware of:
the choices we make in what products we use in your house, on your skin, and the food you eat; - the kind of self talk going on in your head;
for the next week and next week we will cover some tips on how to cut back on the negative self-talk that is likely affecting all parts of your life.
