Happy New Year to you. This is your year to align your values with your results! You are going to go ALL IN and make it happen.

Well let’s look at what you have done in the first twelve days of the year. Is your claim backed up by your actions you have taken this far? If so, great, keep going. If not, let’s look at why your actions might not be congruent. It really comes down to values and your reason why.

Think back to the first time you saw your company’s presentation.

James Clear  has a website that shows the 50 most common core values.

Let’s just start with his first core value – authenticity.

Ask yourself what is your belief about the network marketing industry and authenticity. Rate yourself on a scale from 1 to 5 – 5 is you totally believe the industry is authentic and 1 is you don’t think it is at all.

What is your number, 1-5, about your company. How authentic are they?

How about your leadership, are they authentic in how they present the opportunity or services you offer? Pick your number 1-5.

How about your products? Do they do what they are said to do? Select the number that fits best?

How about you? Yes, you. How authentic are you? Before you put 5, ask yourself if your word and actions always match.

How about other, like teammates or potential teammates. Where are they on our scale of 1 to 10?

Take a good hard look at your numbers. Then take James Clear’s list and do the same exercise with the industry, company, leadership, products, yourself, others. When you do this you’ll find out if your core values match up or not.

If they do not, you won’t have much reason to pursue your dream-come-true. Ask your upline leaders to help you reprogram those or consider hiring a coach to help you with the mindset aspect of your business so you can master this in 2018.
