Last week I asked you how your Quarter One for 2018 went and to review your results thus far.
Review your 90 day plan. If you haven’t done this yet, please review this last blog HERE and do that now.
The reason I wanted you to do this review is because in the next 12 weeks we need to continue to do what is working or change the things that are not working.
Let’s look at the pieces of your business that you want to investigate:
- Personal development – how much time are you working on growing your skills and mindset?
- Company training – how much time are you attending company calls and workshops, and meetings? Are you implementing what you have learned?
- Recruiting – how many NEW people did you share your business with in the last 90 days? What is your goal for this 90 days? Where will you meet your prospects?
- Vision – have you identified what you will do with the income earned or the time freedom gained as it comes in? Do you know why you ultimately are building the business? This is the step that most people struggle with. Identifying this will carry you when you don’t feel like doing the work.
- Team – how much time are you really working with others? What are you helping them with? Are they yielding new and desired results?
- Social media – it is a vital part of building business today as everywhere you go in the world, people are on their cell phones and on social media. Yes, there are a few people who are not, but the majority are. Do you have a strategy to attract others to you or are you winging it?
Make this next 12 weeks your best yet by putting together a solid 90 day plan.
