3 Parts of Accountability
1. Personal Attributes or inherent qualities
2. Accountability vs responsibility
3. Allowing others to be accountable
The first part in Accountability for thought and discussion is Personal Attributes. In this area knowing yourself well and who you want to be in the world is the foundation.
In being the leader of your Home Based Business or your Network Marketing business knowing what makes you is important. Think of your mentors, upline, successful role models.
Here are some traits to consider:
Committed, focused, authentic, energetic, pro-active, courageous, creative, joyful, generous, intelligent, independent, walk my talk.
What would be your list of traits that you would want to be recognized?
What are the qualities you want in yourself that would help you be the successful business person and leader? This is about you.
I think about my team members and those I work with and how I best can step up
with my accountability to them. This kind of accountability is about being in integrity with yourself. The foundation to the other parts of accountability.
