5  Priorities For Creating Raving Fan Customers
1. Be of OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Make this a motto!
2. Have a PLAN FOR STAYING CONNECTED. A wise business owner once told me that for every month you are not in touch with your customer, you lose 10% of your influence with them.  The consequence from this is the loss of their loyalty.  An important Raving Fan quality.
3. Meet your customers needs (or exceed them).
4. Your clients are both external and internal. Customers and Business Builders.
5. Take care of your customers.  When I worked for Macy’s the rule was, it is more expensive to get a new client then it is to take care of one you have.

It is ALL ABOUT THE RELATIONSHIP you have with your customers and your team. The relationship exists for one reason to meet the customer’s needs.  When their needs and expectations are met they will be your greatest raving fan. When fans rave they bring you many more prospects and customers.
