Here are some sales statistics that might make you react a few different ways. After you read these, you might be singing praises about how well you have done. You might be critical of yourself. You might think, WOW, I need improvement or you might be excited about your opportunity for growth.

OK, onto the statistics:

 

So what is your trend? Do you call once, twice, three times, four times and perhaps the five to twelve times? That seems like a lot, but if those statistics are proven (they are!) then I would encourage you to know that re-framing that in your mind you might say instead, “This is all part of the success process”!

Have fun with your follow up! Realize that you will create relationships that others don’t, simply because they forgot to call back.
